Overview

Grand View 512 sits at the base of Snow King Mountain in the Town of Jackson. You can walk to Town Square, the Snow King chairlift and summer gondola, the Cowboy Coaster and the alpine slide, and you're a short drive from Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the road to Yellowstone.

THE SPACE
All on one level, about 1,766 sq ft.

• Great room: tall windows on two walls, a linear gas fireplace, a large TV and deep, comfortable seating for the whole group.
• Kitchen: knotty-alder cabinetry, granite counters, built-in panel refrigerator, wall oven, cooktop, dishwasher and a De’Longhi bean-to-cup espresso machine that makes lattes and cappuccinos. Breakfast-bar seating for two.
• Dining: a farmhouse table open to the living room.
• Primary suite: king bed, mountain views, TV, walk-in closet and an en-suite bath with double vanity, soaking tub and separate glass shower.
• Second bedroom: king bed with its own full bath.
• Sitting room / third bedroom: a private second living room with its own gas fireplace, sofa, TV, game table, desk, kitchenette (sink, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig) and a queen Murphy bed. Great for a second couple, kids, or a quiet place to work.
• Powder room off the main living area.
• Two full in-unit washer-dryer sets: one off the kitchen and one in the hallway bath near the den.
• Covered deck with Adirondack seating and an outdoor dining table.
• Two reserved spaces in the building's underground garage — a real advantage in a Jackson winter.

Two dedicated desks — one in the great room, one in the sitting room — plus Wi-Fi.

COMFORTABLE YEAR-ROUND
Central air conditioning for July and August (most Jackson rentals don't have it) and two gas fireplaces for winter evenings.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Bear country: all trash goes in the building's bear-resistant containers, closed and latched every time (Town of Jackson ordinance).
• No overnight street parking 3:00–7:00 a.m., November 1 – April 15. Use your two garage spaces.
• No grills, firepits or open flames on the deck (Grand View HOA rule).
• Quiet hours 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. No parties or events. Non-smoking. No pets.
